It felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I was expecting better value, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. What made it more frustrating was that when I had questions or concerns, nobody really seemed to take ownership or try to help sort things out. Overall, not a great experience for the price.

I ordered from red-iguana.com and the shipping left me a little frustrated. The package did show up eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely updated, which made the wait feel more annoying than it needed to be.

To be fair, everything arrived in decent shape, so that part was fine. But the lack of clear shipping updates kind of stuck with me, and it made the whole experience feel less reliable. Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d be excited about

I had a small issue and felt a bit trapped for a minute because I wasn’t sure how to fix it on my own. Customer service was really nice though and got back to me quickly. They sorted everything out fine, so overall I’m happy with the help.

I was disappointed with this. Right out of the box it felt kind of cheap, but I figured maybe it would still be fine. It didn’t even make it through a week before it started breaking, so… yeah, not really what I expected.

It’s not some total disaster, just one of those annoying little setup gremlins that makes you want to give up.

Some pages just aren’t that smooth, like the layout or the way things load feels a little behind. Not a big problem or anything, it works, but yeah, it could definitely use a fresher, cleaner look.
